The project consists of High efficient Mechanical Equipment for each individual unit as well as a High Efficient Water Heaters, Low Flow Fixtures, and high efficient lighting system. Project consist of three levels of automated parking, BROOKLYN BASIN APARTMENTS will soon receive LEED certification.
